Terms of Service - Montreal Best IPTV

Welcome to Montreal Best IPTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://montrealbestiptv.ca ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Montreal Best IPTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content, and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided exclusively via the IBO Player application on one (1) authorized device per subscription.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when subscribing.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Canada, to create an account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Subscription Plans & Payment

Montreal Best IPTV offers the following subscription tiers, in Canadian Dollars (CAD):

  • Basic - 1 Month - $9.99
  • Standard - 3 Months - $24.99
  • Plus - 6 Months - $39.99
  • Premium - 12 Months - $69.99

Subscriptions activate immediately upon payment confirmation. Payments are processed securely; Montreal Best IPTV does not store payment card details. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. In brief: a 30-day refund window applies if our team is unable to resolve a technical issue on your setup. After service activation and successful streaming, refunds are limited to verified service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours or confirmed duplicate charges. Submit refund requests to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must NOT:

  • Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense your account credentials to any third party (resellers must use the dedicated reseller program).
  • Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display, or re-stream content.
  • Attempt to circumvent any access controls, DRM protections, or authentication systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
  • Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Device Limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application. Montreal Best IPTV does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service Availability

Montreal Best IPTV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions, or force majeure events. Montreal Best IPTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service - including live channels, VOD, logos, and EPG data - is the property of the respective content owners and licensors. Montreal Best IPTV does not claim ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only. The Montreal Best IPTV name, logo, and website design are the property of Montreal Best IPTV and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTREAL BEST IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on https://montrealbestiptv.ca/terms.html with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
