1. Trial Before You Pay

Whenever possible, we encourage prospective customers to request a free 24-hour trial via our contact page before subscribing. The trial includes the full 15,000-channel catalogue so you can confirm the service works for you, your device and your internet speed.

2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

If, within 30 days of activation, you experience persistent technical issues that our Montreal-based support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund of the unused portion of your subscription. Qualifying conditions:

  • You have reported the issue to [email protected] or WhatsApp.
  • You have given our support team a reasonable opportunity (typically 72 hours) to investigate and fix the issue.
  • The issue is on our side - not your home internet, ISP throttling, faulty cable or unsupported device.

3. Verified Outages

If we experience a confirmed service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, all affected subscribers receive a pro-rata credit or refund automatically, without needing to request one.

4. Duplicate Charges

Accidental duplicate charges are fully refunded within 5 business days of confirmation. Provide your order numbers and we resolve the rest.

5. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • After successful streaming and 30 days have elapsed since activation.
  • If issues are caused by your internet connection, home Wi-Fi, ISP throttling, or unsupported device.
  • If the account has been shared, resold, or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • If the cancellation is unrelated to a service defect (e.g. "changed my mind" after 14 days).
  • For reseller-tier accounts, custom billing terms apply - see your reseller agreement.

6. How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number, the date of activation and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach any screenshots or logs that help us diagnose.

Our team confirms receipt within 24 hours. Verified refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Bank/credit card timing may add a few extra days.

7. Cancellation Without Refund

You can cancel at any time by simply not renewing. The Service stays active until the end of the paid period. No further charges apply because we do not auto-renew.
